Newbury Public Library Foundation Join Us in Building Newbury039s Future Our Story WHATS HAPPENING AT THE LIBRARY. You may have noticed the construction at the back of the Newbury Public Library. The library has doubled in size thanks to Newbury voters who overwhelmingly supported the library expansion at Town Meeting 73 YES votes and money raised by the Newbury Public Library Foundation now over 700000. The expandedlibrary will offer dedicated program and meeting space a consolidated computer area important for town residents who lack highspeed Internet access and a larger childrens area.
