Downtown Salisbury, Inc. (DSI) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to the redevelopment and revitalization of downtown Salisbury, North Carolina. Incorporated in 1983, it is recognized as one of North Carolina's most successful downtown redevelopment corporations.

DSI's mission is to promote, enhance, and manage the development of the central business district, aiming to make it the economic, governmental, social, and cultural center of Rowan County. The organization follows the "Main Street Approach," a preservation-based economic development strategy that focuses on four key areas: Organization, Promotion, Design, and Economic Restructuring.
