Our Mission Southwestern Regional Housing and Community Development Corporation provides for safe affordable housing and continued community resources to low and moderateincome residents in New Mexico by partnering with established experts to bring quality housing programs and projects to the area. Featured Programs. Weatherization Programs The Weatherization Assistant Program is to reduce energy costs for low income families particularly for the elderly people with disabilities and children by improving the energy efficiency of their home while ensuring their health and safety.
