We would like to announce that James "JJ" Mcfarland has been certified by the Credentials Committee, approved by the Executive Committee and ratified by the Board of Directors to be a LIFE MEMBER of APCO International. He nomination will be brought up on Sunday 07/27 @ 16:00 during the first general business session at the Conference in Baltimore.
