Home - Roseville Firefighter's Relief Association Roseville Firefighter039s Relief Association Welcome The Roseville Firefighters Relief Association is a nonprofit corporation organized under Minnesota State law. The Relief Association exists to provide a retirement incentive for the paid oncall firefighters that served the City of Roseville Minnesota. The Relief Association is a legal government entity that is separate from the City of Roseville andthe Fire Department. The Roseville Relief Association provides either a lump sum payment or monthly service pension as a benefit to its retired members.
