Melanated Midwives Melanated Midwives Melanated Midwives envisions a more diversified midwifery profession. Our mission is to provide care to the most vulnerable populations and assist in decreasing the infant and maternal mortality rates in the U. S. which have more than doubled over the past several years compared to other affluent countries.
