South Fork Arts and Recreation Where We Are South Fork Arts and Recreation SoFAR is a nonprofit organization working in the ColomaLotus Valleyalong the South Fork of the American River in Californias Sierra foothills. What We Do Our mission is to inspire and teach the arts and music support recreational opportunities and promote community development culture and involvement in Coloma Lotus and the surrounding region. Current Projects We operate the Coloma River Shuttle along the South Fork of the American River produce special events and coordinate music events throughout the year.
