Our programs are rooted in equity. We address the entire public education system from toptobottom providing STEM skills and equitable antiracist education environments where all students can succeed and by working with emerging and established education leaders of color to improve representation at every level. Academy TAF along with Federal Way Public Schools created TAFSaghalie the only public school in Washington State that is comanaged by a nonprofit and a school district.

We’re excited to highlight the work of Beverly Park Elementary School, a TAF partner in the Highline School District. 4th grade students tackled math in hands-on, joyful ways. First, they designed 3D classrooms using measurement and teamwork.
