Ohio | NPELRA Ohio About Us The Ohio Public Employer Labor Relations OHPELRA Association is an organization comprised of a cross section of public sector employers. OHPELRA is intended to serve public employers at all levels including the state cities counties townships other agencies of local government colleges and universities and public schools throughout the State of Ohio. Our members are mostly fulltime employees who represent public employers in laborrelations and humanresources matters including dealings with labor unions. We also have many members who are attorneys or private consultants serving public employers.
