About WINGS WINGS is a statecertified family violence program that provides a range of services including a twentyfour hour crisis line emergency shelter legal advocacy weekly support groups and monthly family activities for our primarily rural sevencounty service area Laurens Bleckley Dodge Johnson Telfair Wilcox Wilkinson. Services The goal of WINGS services is to empower families to make their own decisions regarding their lives. WINGS provides information encouragement and support with the intention of enabling victims to provide a safe and stable environment for themselves and their children.
