As Father's Day approaches, our Grief Care team has planned an interactive workshop for those who have lost their father. Called "Remembering Dad: Moving Grief Through the Body," this workshop will incorporate healing heart rhythms of music therapy with drumming, and yoga for processing grief work in the body. Open to adults and children ages 10 and up, this unique experience is designed to help facilitate healing and inner peace.
