IRI® | Integrated Resources Institute Welcome To Integrated Resources Institute Empowering People Since 1984 Integrated Resources Institute IRI is a nonprofit organization dedicated to the full inclusion of persons with disabilities into their community. Serving the following counties Napa Solano Sonoma Los Angeles Riverside San Bernardino Orange San Diego We believe people with disabilities should live work and play in integrated community settings. Through our MentorWorks integrated work service we have facilitated over 20000 community job placements for persons with disabilities in the US and Australia. IRI has been awarded several local state and national grants to help individuals with disabilities to be fully included in their community.

September is Deaf Awareness Month. Let's continue to honor Deaf culture, celebrate the beauty of sign languages, and advocate for equal access for all. Rooted in the World Federation of the Deaf’s International Week of Deaf People and recognized by the National Association of the Deaf, this month highlights the human rights and contributions of Deaf communities worldwide, and this year's theme is No Human Rights Without Sign Language Rights.
