Home - Adult Community Training Facilitating Equality Adult Community Training provides day services vocational supports and residential programs for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Loudon County and surrounding areas. Community Participation Community Participation is a service that allows the individuals we support to access their community. Residential Homes Funded through multiple entities supported living services are provided in a home owned or leased by the persons supported. Employment Assistance Through a specialized job training approach known as supported employment people with severe disabilities are working in East Tennessee.
