Rooted Pastors Pastors often burn out due to conflict in the church financial strain family issues lack of sabbatical isolation and feeling overwhelmed by the pain in their community. Many pastors suffer from a high degree of insecurity. Becoming more rooted in the love of God helps pastors deepen their relationship with Him take better care of themselves be more present to their family and lead others with greater love empathy and healing impact. When I was 35 I found myself with what looked like the perfect life married to the woman of my dreams father to three beautiful daughters pastoring a historic church that was coming back to life.
