THE ARROW FUND INC
Baxter needs our help again, so we’re calling on our Arrow Fund family. This sweet boy was rescued in 2018 from a rural shelter by The Arrow Fund when that underfunded shelter could not provide the surgery he needed for a leg that was fractured in three places. Baxter’s leg was amputated after rescue, and once he healed, he was adopted into a loving home.
