CCBC Children's Center - Chevy Chase Bethesda Community Children's Center Learning Through Play CCBC Children Centers mission is to provide a stimulating fun and safe environment for young children where they can develop to their fullest potential. A Note from CCBCs Director Emma Hatton. CCBC is a nondenominational preschool located in Northwest DC serving up to 135 children ages 15 months to 5 years old. Our educational practice is guided by the belief that children learn best through meaningful childcentered play.
