Intersection of Change – Community-based nonprofit focused on community development in West Baltimore Who We Are Intersection of Change is a communitybased nonprofit in Baltimore MD founded in 1996 to address povertyrelated challenges in Baltimores SandtownWinchester Upton and surrounding communities. Our Programs Services Marthas Place A residential recovery program for women overcoming substance abuse and homelessness. Jubilee Arts Dance visual arts ceramics and youth business classes plus public art projects to bring the arts back to life in our community. Strength to Love II Uses an urban farm to offer employment to returning citizens workforce development for youth and addresses food apartheid.
