North County Chinese School Homepage San Diego North County Chinese School Welcome to San Diego Chinese Cultural Association SDCCA and North County Chinese School NCCS Our mission is to educate Chinese native speakers and those learning Chinese as a second language through the teaching of Chinese language and cultural activities with the best programs available. We have succeeded in promoting and supporting Chinese to be included in the mainstream education system.
