Lions Foundation of Illinois Social Services Vision Services Camp Lions Helen Keller Addressing the Lions Convention in 1925 Helen Keller made a challenge that they become Knights of the Blind in the Crusade against Blindness. Today with nearly 500 Clubs in Illinois we continue to try to meet that challenge and more in every corner of Illinois. One of the ways is establishing a worldrenown research center like Lions of Illinois Eye Research Institute. Lions of Illinois Foundation Our Mission The Lions of Illinois Foundation is a nonprofit 501c3 charitable organization whose mission is to serve people throughout Illinois with vision and hearing needs.
