Lancaster County Junior Golf Tour

The Lancaster County Junior Golf Tour is a 501(c)(3) charitable nonprofit organization located in central Pennsylvania. The organization was founded in 2000 by local golf professionals and has been managed since 2003 by a board of parents and supporters of golf.

Mission and Purpose

The Lancaster County Junior Golf Tour aims to provide junior golfers with a competitive tournament environment that emphasizes competition, rules of golf, golf culture, sportsmanship, and participant behavior. Originally created to prepare high school golfers for the PIAA (Pennsylvania Interscholastic Athletic Association) season, the tour has expanded to include younger golfers starting at age 9. While focusing on developing etiquette and knowledge of the rules, the organization does not offer golf instruction.
