ABOUT US OUR START TCFA was established in 1975 to provide a strong and unified presence for the regulated consumer lending industry in Texas. The association supports and promotes licensed traditional installment lenders of all sizes making loans under Chapter 342 Subchapter F Texas Finance Code. OUR GOALS TCFA believes Texans should have access to safe structured and responsible consumer loans and encourages positive legislation and regulation to achieve that goal. TCFA works tirelessly to create embrace and protect a strong consumer lending market for the benefit of both consumers and responsible traditional installment lenders.
