The National Latino Behavioral Health Association Celebrates its 25th Anniversary! The Substance Abuse and Mental Health Service Administration Center for Mental Health Services established the National Congress for Hispanic Mental Health and produced a national agenda called “Creating a Vision for the 21st Century.” Thus, the formation of the National Latino Behavioral Health Association founded by the original board of directors led by Josie T.
