He absolutely loves all treats — from crunchy biscuits to soft chews to a nice juicy steak — but what really gets his tail wagging is a good neck scratch after a long day’s work. He thrives on praise, belly rubs, and a job well done. Off duty, K9 Milo is all about the good life. His favorite activities include rolling in the grass, playing endless games of fetch, and soaking up the sun. He enjoys relaxing in the yard with his brother — a goofy Labrador — and keeping a curious but gentle eye on the family chickens. Despite his tough exterior on the job, K9 Milo is a total softie at heart. Sun naps, ball time, and family moments are his happy place. At just 55lbs Milo proves that size doesn't define success. Since joining the force in 2019, this powerhouse has answered over 2200 calls for services, more than 465 deployments, over 165 surrenders, over 1 million dollars of narcotics seized and has had a fair share of apprehensions. Once was deployed into an open vehicle, closed the door behind himself like a polite gentleman… then casually reopened it to let himself back out.
