About Sparrows Promise Sparrows Promise is a faithbased organization that strives to meet the everpresent demand for hope in the lives of children and families. From our beginnings in 1974 Sparrows Promise has provided hope for children and families. We work to support foster families provide comfortable spaces for families to reconnect and a place of rest for children entering care. In Matthew 10 God speaks to the value and promise He gives to the sparrow and how much greater our value is in Him.
