Hard Bargain Association Our mission is to preserve the historic Hard Bargain neighborhood by renovating existing homes building high quality affordable housing and enriching the lives of our neighbors. Our Vision is to transform the neighborhood into a diverse and vibrant community to be proud of for generations to come. LEARN MORE Who We Are HBA is a grassroots nonprofit organization seeking to preserve Hard Bargain a historic African American neighborhood which was founded over 130 years ago. The neighborhood is located on 15 acres two square city blocks in downtown Franklin Tennessee and totals over 130 households.

HARD BARGAIN MT HOPE
The Franklin Lady Warriors, our local AAU team, will be hosting a fundraising event at Ty’s House, located at 608 Mount Hope Street, Franklin, TN 37064, from 12pm onwards today. The event, an annual fish fry initiative, aims to raise funds for the team. You are cordially invited to drop by and purchase a plate or make a donation via Cash App: $FranklinLadyWarriors or Venmo: Franklin-Lady-Warriors.
