To report child abuse call 911 or call the Child Abuse Hotline at 18008005556 We help children who have been abused assaulted or been witness to a crime. The Childrens Advocacy Center of Southeastern Indiana is a childfriendly nonprofit corporation created to minimize the trauma suffered by victims of child abuse. What is a Childrens Advocacy Center. Children who are believed to witness a crime be a victim of assault or abuse or who are sexually abused come to a Child Advocacy Center CAC.
