Rickreall Community Water Association – Serving the Greater Rickreall Area Rickreall Community Water Association Rickreall Water Rickreall Community Water Association RCWA has been providing drinking water to homes businesses churches and a school in the area in and around Rickreall Oregon since 1971. Our office is open Mondays and Tuesdays from 800am to 400pm except on holidays. We currently have approximately 530 customers about 40 miles of distribution lines and are proud to offer some of the lowest water rates in the state. Our water comes from wells throughout our region meaning its ground water rather than surface water water coming from reservoirs creeks and rivers.
