@endeavorspain celebrated a decade of supporting high-impact entrepreneurs at their Gala in Madrid’s Royal Theater, gathering 260+ entrepreneurs, board members, mentors, and partners. Since 2014, Endeavor Spain has selected and supported 96 entrepreneurs from 61 companies, collectively creating 400k jobs annually. Here’s a look at a decade of impact: 🌱 Launched in 2014 under the leadership of Jaime Carvajal and Adrian Garcia-Aranyos, Endeavor Spain laid the groundwork for a vibrant entrepreneurial ecosystem. 👥 In 2015, they welcomed their first high-impact entrepreneurs, including Juan de Antonio (@cabify) and Verónica Pascual (@astimobilerobotics), building a network of leaders set to multiply their impact. 🦄 In 2018, Cabify became Spain’s first unicorn. Juan’s role as an ecosystem builder inspired 90+ former employees to start their own ventures, fueling innovation across Spain. 🚀 Selected in 2021, @jobandtalent’s Felipe Navío and Juan Urdiales have since led Spain’s highest-valued unicorn, inspiring 40+ spinouts and investing in 30+ companies. 🤖 Verónica Pascual has empowered over 100 students through the Asti Talent and Technology Foundation and Asti Academy, paving the way for women in STEM careers. 🤝 Today, a network of 100+ mentors, including Luis Ferrándiz who was honored at the gala, ensures Spain’s high-impact entrepreneurs are supported at every stage of growth.
