Welcome to the CRDC Website The Community Revitalization Development Corporation CRDC was chartered in 1991 as a nonprofit charitable benefit corporation. We have operated continually from that time with its sole purpose being to provide safe decent and affordable housing to the residents ofCalifornia andWashington. Assisted with over 9000 Units We have either developed or assisted in the development of over 9000 housing units dedicated to those members of our society in need of affordable housing. We provide affordable housing for families and senior citizens.
