Restorative Justice Tandem39s Restorative Justice model is based on a set of principles that sees crime and school discipline issues as a violation of trust and seeks to put things right. Mentorship Tandem39s mentorship program pairs young people with Christdevoted mentors to build a relationship of consistent presence encouragement support validation and advocacy.
