We are a nationwide network of high schools and colleges that work collaboratively to provide underserved high school students the opportunity to access college courses and earn an associate degree/college credits at no cost to student or families. PROVIDE A VEHICLE FOR SUPPORT OF, AND COMMUNICATION FROM ITS MEMBERS SO THAT EACH SITE CAN IMPLEMENT A SUCCESSFUL MODEL OF COLLABORATIVE EDUCATION TO SERVE AT-RISK LEARNERS.
