Malachi 42 Our Vision RISE exists so that men of Orangeburg County who are trapped in poverty homelessness or addiction are Restored Ignited Supported and Empowered to flourish by the grace of Jesus Christ. Learn more Support Rise RISE is a donorfunded ministry that is being led by a volunteer team of business church and community leaders. We have initiated a capital campaign to raise 654000 that will be used to update our donated building and offset the first three years of operating expenses.
