About Us PLFM is a faithbased 501c3 in North Florida providing youth and their families with activities that draw them closer to God through agriculture and the great outdoors. PLFM seeks to develop youth into responsible members of society by providing a safe and loving environment with Gods Word as the foundation. Vision To be a shining example of faith hope and love encouraging youth and families to discover their purpose in Christ. Mission To strengthen youth and families through Christcentered experiences in an agricultural and outdoor setting creating abundant living that transforms individuals and communities.
