Hi my name is Mercedes and I am a 5 month old female. My siblings and I came from Missouri and I’ve been living with my sister and foster family. I am crate trained, go to bed great and sleep all night. I walk well on a leash and know basic skills and am highly treat motivated! I am a high energy puppy and in my puppy nipping phase. Kula is a beautiful all black 4 year old German Shepherd mix. She is overweight and needs to get some exercise to shed some pounds. Kula is so sweet and loyal and just wants to be with people. She loves everyone she meets including kids. Kula would do best in a home that has older kids that can sometimes understand that kula is tired and doesn't want to cuddle. Kula will give a low growl and remove herself from the area if she doesn't want to cuddle or be messed with, pleaseremembera growl is not a bad thing its a form of communication from the dog. She was raised with kids and never ever tried to bite and has always removed herself. Kula would love a furry friend but might need a slow intro ( give her a few days). She was raised with 3 male dogs who she loved but really didn't interact with other dogs outside of that. She has meet a few dogs a week ago and did well. A few growls and within a hour or 2 she was relaxing right next to them but wasent ready to play with them yet. Kula loves her kennel so her new home should have one for her. Kula is fantastic with cats as she grew up with them. She will smell them and walk away and pay no attention to them. She truly is a sweet girl who is looking for the best home possible. (fb)
