Housing Mobility Counseling | Housing Choice Partners | United States Home About Programs Resources Donate Contact Us More Housing Choice Partners Expanding housing opportunities for lowincome families and formerly incarcerated individuals. Housing Choice Partners HCP aims to break the cycle of intergenerational poverty and promote racial and economic diversity in housing. When families and individuals have stable housing they are better able to fully participate in the communities and contribute to the local economy. 1200 HCP enrolls over 1200 HCVassisted families in its housing mobility counseling annually.
