Women In Maritime Operations Women In Maritime Operations WIMOs is dedicated to recruiting retaining advancing and promoting women in the maritime industry through sharing knowledge and continuing education. What is WIMOs. WIMOs is a 501c3 nonprofit organization of women who are actively employed in the maritime industry. Industry employment could include but may not be limited to individuals that own operate charter dispatch or provide other types of logistical safety and emergency management services on the water.
