Home - Fellowship House Fellowship House is a private notforprofit psychosocial rehabilitation center for individuals who experience severe and persistent psychiatric disabilities including those with cooccurring substance abuse issues. Originally established in 1974 we have been serving those in need for fifty years. We are an organization experienced in aiding adults with severe persistent mental illness and cooccurring substance abuse disorders. Along with providing rehabilitative services we help these individuals our members to reach their highest level of independence.
