CLAM We have a housing crisis. Working people cannot afford to buyor even rentlocal housing. As a tourist destination surrounded by protected open space and with growth restricted by zoning and septic limitations West Marins housing is scarce to begin with. What We Face As a community land trust CLAM takes land and housing out of the speculative real estate market and holds it in trust to serve as a longterm community asset for housing people.
