CYWS Welcome to CYWS. The Cleveland Youth Wind Symphony is the premier youth wind ensemble in Northeast Ohio. We are proud to provide an outstanding musical experience for exemplary young musicians. Since 1989 we have been working to supplement local school music programs while creating lifelong musical memories for students.
