Overview
Alameda Point Collaborative (APC) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to ending homelessness by providing supportive housing and a range of services for formerly homeless individuals and families. Established in 1999, APC has transformed a section of the former Alameda Naval Air Station into the largest supportive housing community in Alameda County, offering over 200 housing units and assisting more than 500 residents.
