The Bang Group presents… Catherine Tharin’s “In The Wake of Yes” June 5-7 | 7:30 PM Studio 3R A visual world of film by Lora Robertson, Joel Forrester’s original piano compositions played live and choreography by Catherine Tharin that expresses both humor and pathos, the premiere “In the Wake of Yes”, is accompanied by An Armful of Blossoms (2023) featuring 2023 Guggenheim recipient, Jon Kinzel’s music collage. Dancers Dylan Baker, Hannah Kearney, Jenny Levy, and Daniel Morimoto animate these works on stage and screen, with striking costumes by Colleen Howland. Harrison Weisner, Executive Producer. "Love, me" refers to Tharin's valediction of farewell in response to her nearly 93-year-old mother who signs her letters to Tharin, "Love, mom”.
