Washington School Neighbors Who We Serve The Washington School Neighborhood extends between 8th and 13th Streets River Ave and Kollen Park. It is named after the historic Washington Elementary School building that stands in the heart of the neighborhood. ABOUT Washington School Neighbors is a registered 501c3 nonprofit formed by community members in the core city of Holland who have come together to help build a stronger neighborhood. We are a partnership between neighbors businesses churches and the City of Holland.
