Declan Drumm Sullivan Memorial Fund Declan Drumm Sullivan Memorial Fund Introduction On October 27 2010 our family lost Declan Drumm Sullivan in a tragic accident that occurred on the campus of the University of Notre Dame. We created this site and the Declan Drumm Sullivan Memorial Fund immediately following his death to memorialize Declans life as well as to support Chicago nonprofits working in the areas of education and community service specifically Horizons for Youth. Declan loved Notre Dame and he felt privileged to have a role videotaping the football teams games and practices. The grief we feel is tempered by the knowledge that Dec was doing what he loved in the place he very much wanted to be.
