Michelle spent two months living in her car before moving into her new apartment last month, with help from The Care Service. For her, one of the hardest parts of living in a car was paying $17 at a truck stop just to take a shower - something so routine that suddenly became a luxury. Her new bathroom isn’t big, but it’s hers.
