The New York Gemstone Association NYGA was established in 2007 by several leading importers manufacturers and dealers of colored gemstones in the New York metro area to create an open forum for sharing information pertinent to small businesses and about industry related issues. The organization is open to New York based wholesalers of colored gemstones and manufacturers that adhere to the highest ethical standards and fully support accurate disclosure of any gemstone treatments at every juncture of the supply chain especially to the consumer.
