WHAT WE DO Our Clevelandbased team mentoring program is designed by trauma professionals for youth who have been impacted by foster care. We meet monthly with youth who have experienced foster care or homelessness to strengthen our CORE. This program is designed to wrap support and encouragement around youth during the transition from elementary school to middle school.
