Since our incorporation in December 2000 HCCDC has served as a centralized resource in our tribal community for planning engaging community stakeholders and pursuing funding opportunities to enhance our community. We are an independent 501c3 nonprofit agency with a volunteer Board of Directors comprised of tribal members and community leaders.
