The agency39s staff of 30 trained experienced professionals offer conflict resolution life skills training anger management services mediation services teen court proceedings and food security initiatives in Greensboro and High Point North Carolina. Their work helps keep young people out of the criminal justice system resolves conflicts among adults and families lowers rates of repeat offenses and diffuses violence before it happens.
