Southbury Needy Fund How you can help The Southbury Needy Fund a 501c3 organization operates on a yearround basis helping Southbury residents when there are no other sources available. The Fund provides clothing books and toys for children of families identified by Social Services during the holiday season. The Fund also provides tuition for local children to attend the Sothbury Parks and Recreation camp and pays for some field trips. It is also called upon in emergency situations to provide shelter or essentials to displaced families.
