Growing Coping Together Empowering Northwest Arkansas Children with Incarcerated Parents Growing and Coping Together GCT is an organization dedicated to supporting and empowering Jewels children with incarcerated parents or caregivers in Northwest Arkansas. Our mission is to aid children and their families who have experienced having an incarcerated loved one to restore healthy relationships by providing compassionate interventions as they grow and cope together. Established by Kanaka Henry in 2018 GCT is an independent 501 c3 organization.
